Morningside Home Staging Project

Georgia Home Staging recently staged a home that recently went under a major renovation. Staging took place on February 15th, 2011 and it went under contract by March 15th. That's only 30 days!
We created custom decorations and furniture for this project, including the dining room table, chaises, window treatments and accent pillows. Pat Shankle painted the artwork over the fireplace and transformed the old, traditional cabinet in the living room to a sofisticated and modern focal piece. Below are the before and after cabinet photos to illustrate the changes. She removed columns, applied a coat of creamy, high gloss paint and updated the hardware.

We were immediately drawn to decorate the Turret Room due to its coziness. I was inspired to create an intimate, tranquil room inviting you to curl up with a great book. We commissioned a local artist, Johnny Gravely, to paint two oil paintings that would reflect the room’s serenity in the art. We are extremely thankful to all the wonderful vendors that contributed to the decor of the room - blending them with our own unique pieces.
